We will move all your sites over to our servers absolutely free of charge, after registering an account simply open a Support Ticket and our support team will assist you in making the transition from your old host to aTechosting.

Please note that we will be able to transfer your files if:

1. Your old account is still active (not suspended)
2. Your old username and password are working.
3. Your old host use cPanel(tm) control panel (not ensim, plesk, ..), If you are not sure what you are using now, then please contact us before
placing your order.

Please do take into consideration that transfers between control panels can be delayed due to (hardware, transfer rates and setup). We do not make any guarantees that all transfers from your previous provider will be successful and we do not guarantee a 100% (percent) success rate. Transfers may take anywhere from 1 hour to 48hrs to complete and for the files to be fully restored and extracted on to your cPanel account.

Trying to install a "Web Based Forum" can be a problem for many, though, we have managed to fix this issue quite easily with installatron software that is located in your cPanel account which will allow you to install the latest and up to date forum software available on the internet today, such as (phpBB, myBB). Though some applications that are not free such as (vBulletin and IPB) do not give you this opportunity and to take the hassles of having to install and modify the service to your needs aTechosting will install either vBulletin or IPB on your service with absolutley no up front costs or charges to you.

When you order your web based board and contact the aTechosting Support Department we will handle the whole installation process for you. We will install and or upgrade your forum as well as apply any modifications that you require within the installation.

 

When Contacting Support:

1. Please provide the sources required for installation, or, download source links.
2. Please provide details on which direcotry/folder you wish for your forum or software to be installed in.
3. Please provide edits, tweaks, upgrades, modifications or add-ons to the ticket that you want applied (Charges may apply).

4. If your software requires a serial number, verification of installation, please provide this in your ticket so we can install this as required.

Charges May Apply:- Consultancy of service may incur a charge for 3rd party applications such as vBulletin, IPB, or, other software that we do not support. If you require an installation please do contact our Sales Department for further informaiton.
